GARY SORENSEN

Gary Sorensen is a commercial general contractor in multiple states with over 40 years experience. His successful commercial construction projects include the construction of healthcare assets. With expertise ranging from underground utilities and paving to finished specialty construction and applications, Gary always exceeds customer expectations.

MILTON SMITH

Milton Smith has served clients in residential and business development and has over 15 years of experience. His senior level project management experience encompasses custom residential construction, economic development and long term care facilities including senior housing. His expertise covers the complete development spectrum from project conception to profitable operating business models.

MIKE BAY

Mike Bay has owned and operated Assisted Living Facilities for the last 14 years. Mike works closely with all of our facilities. He also helps with marketing and building community relationships for both our Assisted Living and Development Companies. Mike has a Business Management Degree from the University of Florida, is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, and has 9 years of banking experience in consumer, commercial and mortgage finance. Mike’s perspective paired with an unparalleled compassion for people proves him as an invaluable asset.

CRYSTAL HARVEY

Crystal has a strong business background with over 20yrs experience ranging from Purchasing Specialist to Account Management. In addition, she is a licensed insurance agent but her true expertise is in Sales and Marketing. Crystal’s extensive background along with her high energy, positive outlook and strong work ethic ensures the utmost customer satisfaction.

JERRY LAWRENCE BULLARD

Jerry Lawrence Bullard, a sixth generation Floridian who has deep roots in North Florida. Jerry is very active in the community with various civic organizations. He uses his contacts in the area to help promote the company.

KATHLEEN MCCALL

Our Office Manager, Kathleen was born and raised in Florida. Kathleen’s work background includes North Florida Regional Medical Center and the University of Florida. Her experience in building relationships, management of fiscal budgets, marketing and problem-solving skills are valuable assets to run our day to day operations.

JESSICA MURPHY

Jessica Murphy is our Director of Human Resources. She is also a Licensed Administrator, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Pharmacy Tech with over 13 years in the medical field. Jessica has worked in various positions within our company since 2014. She fully comprehends the significance of her role and successfully proves what an asset she is with her genuine compassion, knowledge and experience.
